HOW TO ORDER

​How Do I Place An Order?​

1. Place an order. To order, kindly email us (as below) at ecouzcloset@gmail.com. 

    You can also PM us at  www.facebook.com/ECouzCloset  (use the format as per stated at FB)

                         The email details include;

                              Subject: ECouz Closet Order

                               Name: Full name

                               Address: Delivery address

                               Contact number: Your contact number

                               

                               Order details,

                               Code: Blouse code as per stated, 

                                          Blouse code as per stated ....

2. Wait for our confirmation about your order. 

3. Make PAYMENT. Once the order confirmed, we will give you the payment details and our account number. Payment will be made via deposit or bank transfer into Maybank / Cimb bank account (acc. Number only given when purchased is confirmed).

4. Email us the transaction reference number, transaction time and transaction date after you make the payment. or you can just take picture and send it via email to us. 
***Please make your payment before FRIDAY. 

5. Patiently wait your order to be delivered.... DONE!

Shipments

Your order will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days. 

All orders are shipped with POSLAJU service to ensure your order can be tracked. 

Shipping will be on FRIDAY. Our weekly order closed on Thursday. Order received after Thursday onwards will proceed on the next Friday shipment.

No charges for delivery. Its free Delivery.  Yeay!! Except for shawls.
